Kentucky Destination ImagiNation® Affiliate Tournament
The 2010 KY Destination ImagiNation® Affiliate Tournament well be held on March 20, 2010 (9am - 5pm) at Henry Clay High School; 2100 Fontaine Rd, Lexington, KY 40502. This will be our second statewide Destination ImagiNation® tournament held in the state!
Teams wanting to compete in the KY DI Affiliate Tournament must register in Kentucky by completing a Tournament Registration form (MS Word version). One form should be completed per team. A $50 per Team tournament registration fee applies. Checks may be made payable to "KY DI" and mailed separately from the registration form, if it is submitted via e-mail. Complete the MS Word version of the form, fill in the applicable fields, and e-mail the form to the Tournament Director*. Mail the $50 tournament registration fee** to:

Each team needs to have one appraiser (all day volunteer) and two part-time volunteers listed on the form. These volunteers are essential for us to have a successful tournament!
The deadline for mailing the form and $50 registration fee is Jan. 15, 2010.
